While we’d prefer non-emergency requests be submitted through TenantCloud, if needed these can be made at the same number. We do ask if it is not an emergency that requests be made Monday-Friday between 9AM and 6PM CST.

What constitutes an emergency?
Typically anytime water is running where it shouldn’t be.
If something is sparking, smoking, or you smell gas please ensure you are safe and call 911 before calling the maintenance line.

When do checks need to be postmarked by?
To ensure timely payment of rent, all checks should be postmarked on or before the 1st of the month.
Who should checks be made out to?
Checks should indicate pay to the order of “McCormick and Partners LLC”.
What should I put in the check memo?
It is recommended you put the month/year and your address in the memo line (e.g., Jan 2021 Rent 123 N Main).
What checks are accepted?
Cashier and personal checks are accepted. DO NOT send rent via cash, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any other form of payment without first checking with our office.
