  • Ben Headshot

Ben has been involved in the Real Estate industry in the greater Wichita area since he turned 18. Before earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Newman University, he delved into real estate investment when he purchased his first home, before he could legally buy a beer.

When he’s not busy helping his clients, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and working on projects around his homestead. Growing up in Wichita and also on a farm in the middle of butler county on the land, his childhood provided a split experience in both rural and urban communities, giving him a broader view on real estate.

His professional experience stems from developing and growing the leasing & client accounts teams to managing over 700 units for a local property management company over the course of 4 years, while still attending Newman. He then made the leap to branch out shortly after graduation by starting, growing, and eventually selling his own (still running) property management company in a little over a year before starting McCormick and Partners.

  • Joe's Headshot

Joe graduated from Newman University with a degree in MIS and currently works as a software engineer for a leading cloud storage company. On the side he helps small-to-medium businesses drive digital transformation. What does that mean? Well, he sees it as applying technology to optimize processes and eliminate inefficiencies while leveraging the cloud to ensure their business is agile and scalable. But this is really just a fancy way of saying he’s been building websites and helping businesses go paperless since high school.

So naturally when his brother decided to start his own company he was roped into a CIO role, which he sees as basically ensuring the email and printers work. So he also dubbed himself CTO which is far more exciting as it involves understanding how to use technology to maximize business outcomes. He was also begrudgingly roped into a CFO role after admitting accounting was one of his favorite classes in college.

His hobbies are far too nerdy to admit on the internet, but most assuredly include video games, reading, and craft beer.
